Mary & Max From Resonym
We are excited to be welcoming Mary and Max to this year’s Designer Alley at #G2S2023!
A little bit about Mary and Max, written in their own words.
Mary: I’m an artist and transdisciplinary thinker who likes to design games. I founded Resonym in 2016 with a merry band of gamemakers.
Max: I live in New Hampshire and design board games. Sometimes I do other things, like baking, crafting, or playing with my cats. But mostly I do games.
THREE RANDOM FACTS ABOUT MARY:
Mary has have a toothless small dog and a presumptuous parrot.
History museums are her idea of a good time.
Bread is Mary's ultimate enemy: She has celiac disease.
THREE RANDOM FACTS ABOUT MAX:
Max does not like touching food, and eats burgers and pizza with a knife and fork.
Max's proudest achievement is getting 100% completion in Slay the Spire.
Max once accidentally ordered thousands of pages of cream-color cardstock. In unrelated news, all of Resonym’s prototypes are going to be printed on off-white from now until the end of time.
